Mongol: Kuzma (Gift to Zaporozhye x Kishmish black winter-hardy) x Amursky white No. 12, (255-20) - a grape variety of early or early-mid ripening period. The beginning of ripening is August 20-25. Full ripening in the conditions of the Kyiv region occurs on September 5-10. The flower is bisexual, pollinated well.

The clusters are loose, weighing 600-800 grams. The berries are large, oval with a sharp tip, dark red, weighing 7-9 grams. The pulp is dense, crispy.

The taste of the berries is harmonious. The sugar content is high, 18-20%. The berries are well stored on the bush without damage. The growth force of the grape form is high, the fertility is 2.5 clusters per shoot. The vine ripens early. Resistance to diseases is increased, at the level of 2.5 - 3.0 points. Three treatments against diseases and pests are enough.

Frost resistance according to the parental combination is approximately -28, -30 degrees Celsius. It must be checked in natural conditions and laboratory studies. Mongol grapes are grown without shelter for the winter from 2020 from birth.

The Mongol grape variety is being tested in its own-rooted form and on various rootstocks. The description is based on the results of three fruitings and will be supplemented in the future.
